Makes me wonder for those who might have provided info to his service...was he removing/modifying your apps...thereby increasing his chances? 

With the value of some of these western tags getting into the 6 figures I sure hope states are being diligent in administering the draws...the incentive to cheat is there.

Man I wish I had the smarts to trick the system and draw tags every year, but not get caught!   :chuckle: I think Wyoming should draw my elk tag for me this year, then they’ll be forgiven!
