I had started a thread recently after freezing my toes off in a ton of snow goat hunting. The consensus was Schnee's or Hoffman's as I recall.

I have used Schnees products for years and they always have had excellent quality. If you ever get a chance to visit the showroom in Bozeman Montana the gun room is flat out amazing!

Dealt with Whites in my days raising appaloosas. Resoled all my packers (lace ups) with vibrams. Great boots, great warranty, great service. But for cold weather, Schees are the way to go👍

I put a lot of steps on my new Schnee’s this year am real happy I bought them.

still have mine from 25+ years ago.   Had them re done once, and replaced felts twice.   Probably went out of business because their product lasted too long.


Not out of business, just no longer making or repairing pac boots

Have a pair that are close to 15 years old, and a brand new pair in the box in the closet but might have to see if they have any extra liner's.
