Yeah, we do it in two days as well either with a stop in Bozeman to stay with relatives or in Jackson, depending on which unit we are going to.  A day in Jackson can be really fun, plenty of stuff to look at and reasonable lodging prices if you are outside tourist season.

That’s a great adventure!
There is not enough wilderness left in the world, or in the hearts of men.

Congrats on your buck and really nice write up.  I've got 4 points now for WY and plan to make a combo deer/antelope hunt with my dad in the next year or two.

Maybe I missed it, but what unit did you hunt and was there plenty of public lands.  I will have 5 points since my brother will now be going and his 4 points bring my 6 to a 5 average.  Just doing some homework now.

well put in by the end of the month
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.

He said it was a leftover tag in a unit with very little public land, not the kinda place you and your brother want to burn points im guessing
