I hate to break it to you, but according to a reliable source that I have who's kind of a big deal in the internet PRS super-star wanna be league, the 243 isn't accurate.  :chuckle:

What you're seeing here is clearly an optical illusion. I've been told that the only 6mm chamberings capable of sub-MOA groups are the 6mm Creedmoor and the 6x47Lapua when loaded with DTACs and Reloader 26. Nothing else is capable of even hitting a target. So save yourself some trouble and just throw that rifle away. And maybe tell us the GPS coordinates of the dumpster you leave it in.

Yorke has issues. He's a complete gun powder, bullet, primer HUSSY! Nothing satisfies him for long enough to get the slightest side ways glance. He's chose his path, now he's along for the ride.

I think I found my load today. Felt I pulled the 2nd round a hair so I'll have to confirm when I fine tune seating depth. 400 yards was no fun so I stretched out to 735 yards with 1st,2nd, and 3rd round hits on 10" plate. First miss took out the left chain. Looking forward to seeing what it can do at 1000.

ES of 3 doesn’t even sound like a thing
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

having trouble reproducing that es so I think it was a fluke. Still keeping in the mid teens and I'm happy with that. Shot a 5 shot at 100 today in 7-10mph 3'oclok wind. Pulled the 4th a bit but had no problem putting 12/20 rounds on my 400 yard plate 3"X 3.5". These 115's do great in the wind. Very happy with this criterion barrel.

Little update. Have 325 rounds down the tube and she is about ready for her first cleaning.
Es is staying between 2-12 for majority of shots but every once in a while I’m starting to get a flier that’s in the 2960-2970fps range.
Still very pleased with this barrel!

Very first cleaning done. No copper to be found! That’s a first for me! With no break in and over 300 rounds I figured there would be plenty of blue.  Cleaned to bare metal, Nothing!

So your saying. No barrel break in, 300 rounds before you cleaned it and no copper?
