Google "immature redtail hawk" and you'll see the tail feathers aren't the same, I'm going with immature eagle.

A couple years ago there was a black retail HAWK the hung around the corner of 67th and locke road, Marysville.

Miss every one has seen pied deer and some have seen totally white deer.

Animals do have different color phases.

Look at the black bears, blond, cinnamon, brown, black.
