Yes i did, trying to work on my $50.00 words so i can jump into the off topics discussions 
Not sure as we don't do diesels
I have 3 techs certified, which is a racket in itself, have to recert  every 2 yrs at the tune of 250-300 per tech

There is no State wide Emissions testing

Your 2011 does not require emissions testing and most likely never will, the emission test program is set to expire Dec 31st 2019

No
Removing, Tampering or Altering any Emissions control device has always been and still will be Illegal under the Clean Air act, that is Federal law that applies to all states.
It has never been legal to remove, tamper or alter no matter if you had to have emissions testing or not.

A fresh air intake system is tampering/removing 

for on road use being the qualifier here, that's why you can still get tuners.

All diesels 2007 and newer will never need emissions according to the state site.  I don't have emissions where I live but when I did the delete on my 03 f350 I used the plates on the EGR pipe and just left the EGR valve as is.  I used my SCT tuner to turn off the engine light and EGR valve and had no problems. 

Others advise about working on your truck would be my issue if you don't do your own work.  That was not the case for me since I did everything on my 6.0 so no worries about shops not touching it.

Not too many DPF or EGR issues with the hot rod gassers!

fedreral law . its tampering , they mainly look for repair shops that tamper , not general public
