Thanks!. I Will look into this. In order to access Kapowasin you need a permit which you can purchase on MARCH 16TH. I believe their $350 or something.
Hancock has a non motorized permit I think it's $75. Lots of private property around Elbe dump near Adler lake lots of yotes too. From what I've heard from folks it's one of the easier permissions to get, not a lot of love for coyotes.Sent from my LG-K425 using Tapatalk
Hancock kapowsin. Tons of them and tons of land and not much competition for predator hunting. Almost everywhere I set up to call I got responses last time out.

Lots of hours and a variety of locations and have never called in a coyote. I see plenty of coyote sign and would like to stay sharp in the off season.
