Expert Model 12 Gunsmith In E. WA Or Idaho?
« on: January 31, 2018, 07:18:19 PM »
I have a "like new" appearing Browning version of the pump action Model 12 that has stymied a team of local gunsmiths with a cycling problem. It will lockup after one shot and the action release now is locked up, as well. The gunsmiths have taken the gun apart numerous times, polished the chamber, etc. I have given up on their ability to actually fix the problem. :dunno:

I need a gunsmith with a long background in Model 12 repair; otherwise I am "biting the bullet" and sending it in to Midwest Gun Repair.I am in E.WA; South of Spokane.

Try Cloward's Gun Shop in Lake Stevens, WA - (425) 334-3006 - Not in Eastern WA but Jim does great work and has been in business for like 52 years. Not positive he works on shotguns, but worth a try. Seem to remember my brother having a problem 20 years ago with a model 12 and Jim fixed it.
