Winchester 70 featherweight XTR 7X57
« on: March 09, 2009, 12:49:14 AM »
I just picked up a model 70 in 7X57 mauser and I am stoked. Beautiful rifle and a cartridge I've had an interest in for some time. I will post pics later.

Nice rifle, nice cartridge.  I load for the 7x57, its lower recoil and can easily take anything in the state. or the lower 48.  Think I'd want more horsepower for big bears...but Bell did elephants with it :yike: !!!!!

Whatta ya mean I can't have one of each?
