I like Bushnell cameras and especially like the Aggressor models.  I set mine to "hybrid" mode, meaning that they take a picture (or three) then go into video mode.  Around the traps, I want to see how they're acting almost more than just seeing them at the set.  Still photos don't give you the story, just that they were there.

I prefer the 2016 and older models because I can set the video to run long.  Usually my videos run close to a minute.  2017 and newer models will stop taking video when there is a lack of detectable movement.  Keeps the video more active but it won't pick up the some details.

Is the aggressor that you like a low-glo, or a no-glow model ?

I have both NG and LG.  I like both flavors.  The LG takes better night shots. 
The NG is better for coyotes and when I'm placing the camera very close to the trap.

Overall the Bushnell LG infra red light up is pretty faint.  I've had coyotes notice them but have not gotten a negative reaction from the Bushnell (unlike the Primos).  If you're placing them at eye level you're going to get noticed sometimes.

Trailcampro.com is a great informational resource.  If you buy the camera from them, they'll warranty the camera for two years and have a 90 day return policy.  Cameras are electronics and you can get a dud.  All of my Reconyx cameras came from Trailcampro.   I also buy all of my lock boxes from them.

My Reconyx are license plate cameras.  They will get clear readable pictures of a plate day or night.  I use them in conjunction with Bushnell cameras for the video.

If you put them too close to the trap, the sensor "cone" is very small.  Ten paces is as close as I like them.  In the bailey trapping beaver videos, the camera is on the lodge.  The bailey is in the water about ten feet out and the vegetation in the background is maybe thirty feet out or so.  If the beaver had approached from the side, there would have been very little or no video of it.

Thanks for the info.  Any ideas of how to get the older Bushnell cameras? I would like the ability to take video longer than 20 seconds at night.

Older model Bushnells have the control buttons lined up horizontally.  Newer models have them set up like a compass.
