Lynch Coulee, Quincy, wa. area.

I'm looking for deer info, specifically the North side of Lynch Coulee. Baird Springs Rd runs up the middle of the coulee.  Any help? Thanks

Not positive where Lynch coulee is, If its where I think, I believe there is quite a bit of private(and/or)conservation land there.

Lynch Coulee is just north of Quincy, Wa., and just south of Moses Coulee.

Never heard of it - And I've been in the basin for 10 years! Monument hills is North of Quincy. Near there?

Not sure where exactly your talking about, but that area appears to be in unit 269 (Moses Coulee) which has general hunting seasons.  It also appears to be mostly private ground with intermittent BLM and state land speckled throughout the unit. there is one large chunk of BLM ground (11,600 acres) South of Moses Coulee and another Chunk of BLM (15,800 acres) North of Moses coulee. Not sure if that helps, good luck.

I'll try to narrow it down. Lynch Coulee is about is about 4-5 miles NW of Quincy, Wa. As the crow flies. Baird Springs Rd. runs up the middle of the coulee. I'm hoping for deer info for the north side of the coulee, near the ridge where it drops into Moses Coulee. Original post said north of Quincy, should have said nw. Was thinking Lynch Coulee was better known than it seems to be. Appreciate the answers so far.

The area hes talking about is more commonly referred to as Baird Springs by the locals. It runs from Crescent bar to north of Monument Hill. Don't think I've ever heard anyone refer to it as Lynch Coulee. Theres deer around but like previously mentioned its a mix of public and private land. Mediocre hunting at best.

Game harvest reports from 2016 show 88 total deer taken from the unit, 14 of which from a youth antlerless tag.

Lynch Coulee actually forms the border of GMU's 269(Moses Coulee) and 272(Beezeley) for a good ways before the boundary turns north. By comparison, Beezeley produced 287 bucks in 2016 compared to Moses Coulee only kicking out 74 bucks. The higher harvest in Beezely is likely due to a higher percentage of public land than Moses Coulee as well as Beezely being a bigger unit. However Moses Coulee is probably the better choice for a bigger buck with all the private land and some rugged country in places. Hopefully this is some helpful info. Most of the bucks are small. I've hunted and harvested bucks in both GMU's and can say it is difficult finding big bucks.

Very open country without the draws to hold large numbers of deer. There are deer but I have never thought of it as a quality area.
I have heard that it used to be good.

Gotta know someone that owns land, landowners don’t give out permission and public gets pounded hard. If your gonna Hunt it archery season and onx hunt maps will be your best friend, there are quality deer in there. Have pulled 2 pope and Young’s out of the area. 1 is #2 in the youth archery category of the Washington book. You just gotta he willing to beat the brush, lots of road hunters.

Oh, yeah, Baird Springs! Just over the hump North of dataland. Know that area fairly well. Tons 'o scabland; bring your 10x50's and a spotting scope. Found a dead dog up there once all bloated....people that are less than reputable like to dump things up there after hours.  Other that that It's usually pretty quiet.

There are some big Mulies in the area. I have stood over several. I didn't slap the trigger on them, the guys I was with were locals with permission to hunt large pieces of private. Expect some loooooong shots. I just supplied the rifle.
