Cerakote seems like a much nicer product from what I've seen. I've got a few rifles cerakoted.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I chose Cerakote for my last rifle job.   Did the Armor Black (matte) finish.   I like that look.  Durable so far.

I just bought the new aerosol kit to cover a couple stainless working guns, have not applied it yet so can’t say more. I did hear good things about it for ease of use and application, as well as it being fairly durable. I am not really worried about the guns but wanted a durable, flat finish to hide the SS and something air cure.
