I swear I saw that truck southbound I5 this morning around 7am during my Lake Stevens to Lynnwood drive. The tent thing on top caught my eye and I was thinking that a guy at work has a similiar set up. Sorry but I paid no attention to who was driving.

Should post the picture they got of that turd. Especially since the cops let him go. Let me repeat that...the cops caught him red handed in possession of the truck and all the contents were gone...and then let him go.  :bash:

What?

Welcome to the new world of law enforcement or non enforcement I should say. Theft is way down on their priority list. I'm in Pierce County and they won't even show up for theft. Basically the only way to get them to show up is to say you see the thief and it looks like he has a weapon.

Have to prove that he stole the truck (hard to do with no witnesses) or that he knew the truck was stolen.  He probably gave some bs story that he bought from transient for 100 bucks.

I am happy to hear that you got your truck back. That is extremely messed up that they let the thief go though!  :bash:

Yeah pretty ridiculous. This is all second hand but my buddy said the police claimed since the kid was using the spare key they couldn’t prove he had stolen the truck. Kid claimed it was his buddies and was borrowing it and had no clue what happened to everything that was inside. So the let him walk away. Unbelievable.
