I am...not so much “hunting” as it will be wandering the woods with a gun, a backpack and some trail mix.
It is hard to follow one great vision in a world of darkness and of many changing shadows. Among these shadows men get lost.

If me or the boy, or brothers get drawn, yes. If we don't, well, I still got my phone camera....

I'm in! If no one in my group draws WA tags we'll happily cross the stateline and hunt Idaho bears.

I'll be hunting Idaho whether or not the boys or I draw WA. The spot in Idaho we hunt is a lot lower that the WA spot so I can hunt there early.

You guys planning on hunting reduced tag units? Spot and stalk or bait/dogs?

I’m making a trip to Unit 10. Gotta check on snow getting down there.  I’m not sure on baiting. Depends how long it takes them to start hitting baits. Definetly interested though

probably a bit different there since it’s been legal for years, other wise I’d say if you hit the right  spot, you could have a bear within hours.

I actually am a little interested in trying to run baits. I watched some Idaho bear baiting videos recently and the hunters gave some pretty good advice on how to set everything up. Basically all I need that I don't have is a few drums, bait, and scents.
