My Ram finally came home
« on: March 11, 2018, 10:01:27 PM »
Got this guy at Lake Chelan in 2015 with a traditional underhammer muzzleloader.  I had 12 points.  The ram was 9 1/2 years old.  Taxidermy was done by Nature's Way Taxidermy, the delay was my fault....   It is set up[ with a cool rock as a backer but could also be hung on a wall.

I know that different mount styles strike different people different ways, but I personally think yours is AWESOME.

What a terrific mount of that great ram.

Thanks, I was a little leary when I saw the size of the rock before the ram was on it... I just forgot how big the ram was, so the rock looks good.

That pic is epic

The hike back to the boat in the dark with only a cell phone for light was epic in the rock cliffs, craziest thing I’ve ever done.

And then the next day we had to hike back up the mountain to find his bow we left on the stalk before retrieving the ram.🤣

Yep epic hunt.

This year when I draw my goat tag Lokidog is my Sherpa. 😉
