I've known the scoundrel (accomplished elk slayer, former successful outfitting business owner, and currently a hunt plan business owner) for a good handful of years. One thing I receive as a hunting forum owner are PMs, emails, even phone calls both positive and negative, on the sponsors I have and the services they provide (I definitely use forum member's satisfaction/dissatisfaction reports as a barometer for which sponsors I choose to continue my relationship with). I will say that in all the years Joe has been a sponsor over there, everything I have seen both in the public forum, and, via PMs/emails/phone calls, has been overwhelmingly positive. If you're looking at planning a hunt in either the Big Sky or the Cowboy state, and do not wish to merely throw a dart at the map and take your chances, it's certainly worth considering one of the Headin West hunt plans.
