Banged a few big ones the year before last in Feb with Robbo Endsley...wish he didn't quit the river...he assured me John will be good.....

Getting excited, didn't do any fishing this winter and I love steelheading to kick start the year.....

Skag has been Dead. Put in a ton of hours last week. Only caught some dollies and some kelts. There should be a big push of fish coming soon.( I hope )  I talked to a freind that was fishing above Sedro and said there was a bunch of nets in the river. Good to see we a protecting the few steelies we have left. :bash: I wish ya luck but everyone I know isnt catching Sh*t.
Freindship is like peeing on yourself. Everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling it brings.

Thanks for the updates...

Hope some fish start rolling in....hoping the cold weather will put the river into great shape. Supposed to start warming up a little and get a few clouds....

Talked to John Koenig a few minutes ago. He put some fish in the boat. Said warmer weather has fish moving. Should be good news. Hope to have a good report and pictures on Monday! Can't help but get my hopes up! My Bro, Double Bull and Backstraps will make it a great trip no matter how many fish are landed.....or, missed for that matter...can't wait until morning! I always feel like a kid going to Disneyland the day before a steelhead trip......Here's my pride from two years ago...biggest Steelie I've ever caught!

HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE HOOK A FEW MORE OF THESE!!
