We've had the feeder out for about three weeks... Greedy little, cute buggers. So hard to get a good photo, especially with only a point and shoot type.
Ours will let us stand within two feet of the feeder at face height. Last year I petted one after it landed on the feeder while I was hanging it, it ducked a little and went back to eating. Also got a wet-willy from one trying to get nectar out of my ear.

We love 'em.
