Vortex Cross Fire II scope

Just bought this scope in 4x16x50 with the dead hold BDC what your thoughts on this scope  going to put it on tika T3 superlite 270

I have 2 of them both the 12 power models. Both have held up on non magnums and they have tracked good for me. One is on a 300blk bolt gun and the other 308 win.

A 24 ounce scope on a superlite rifle seems a bit out of place to me.  :twocents:

agreed^ Seems a little overkill on power and weight. But it will do fine.

Thought about that if its to much i can put it on my 7MM short mag and put scope off the mag on the 270

I have it in 4-12x40 on my .300 win mag. I'm pretty happy with it, and for the money, it's great.

Instead of putting this scope on a tikka superlite i bought a sako 270 scope looks really good on the sako will sight it in this week and be ready for opening day

ive yet to own a vortex that could track as good as any leupold ive ever owned not impressed with their binos either but hey they sure got a good warrentee  lol

Haven't tried the crossfires but my viper 4-16 tracks perfect and has held up to a LOT of punishment from my 300 wby mag!

I just got the 4-12x44, will be going on the new 6.5 creedmoor, This is my first scope in a long long time that wasn't a leupold so we will see.. For the price and warrenty alone tough to go wrong tho!
