YA!  That's it!  Thanks for the info.  They run a wild game processing operation as well.  They've pretty much got all their bases covered.  I'm sure they make a killing! $$$

They also did a tv show there called "Western Extremes."  As you can imagine, the footage was very similar to the "Game-chaser" hunts...Just waltz out and shoot one.   >:(

Yes sir you're right, good ole Jim was there at the Mountain View Ranch hunting the elusive wapiti! (grin) I didn't know about the meat processing that could be done there? Interesting, it must be for clients only. I've talked with them at the ranch there & the hunts vary from 3500.00--15,000 all depending on rack size! This was 3 years ago things could have changed a bit!

sparksbr, the area you are referring to is in Riggins ID about 1hr 15min drive away from McCall heading north. It's a high fenced hunt called mountain view ranch or something of that nature! (grin) They do have some huge bulls there & from time to time you can see them off the road.

Yeah those are some huge bulls aren't they Paul?  Good lord they grow'em big on that ranch.  Just can't see how that's someone's cup of tea.  Saw a show from there the other day where a gal came down from Lewiston to shoot a bull, she wanted one bigger than her brothers.  The year before she hunted there at Mtn View and killed a 412 and her brother killed a 418, so she came back the next year and shot something like a 455 or some gawd awful thing.  Died right on a skid road of course.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.
