Amazing....
« on: April 14, 2018, 01:53:04 PM »
I went up today to check on the Turkeys on my property.. I share a private road with an neighbor. HEAVILY POSTED every 100 ft. Driving up to the top there is a rig with 3 guys standing out with turkey calls! I get out of my rig and ask WTF!?!?. 2 of the guys start rambling on about they didn’t know where they were exactly because they are from out of town! Soooo out of all 3 of you, not 1 knows how to read??
People have serious balls these days.. lucky my neighbor didn’t run into them.
Rant over  >:(

Dang that's irritating.
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.

So did they mention where they where from?  Have run across folks who claim its legal hunting because it's the woods.

I don’t understand how people can be so stupid or ignorant to trespass like that.

If you believe their story. I doubt I do. People do what they think they can get away with. My guess is they were banking on no. One being around and they would hunt there as long as they could while having that oh so convenient excuse.

I took my neighbor for his first turkey hunt this morning. 3 nice Toms came in and he took one :). On our way home about 5 miles from my property, I saw their rig (new White Tundra) and their pop up trailer on public land. They knew what they were doing.. D bags. I don’t know where they were from, but had WA plates and I have their number.

This is sad for many public hunters.. but I have also seen land owner putting private property signs on public land to try and keep hunters out of property that borders there land.. not right on either case... our main job is know where we are at all times.. and stand by the choices we make

I’m sure they knew where they were at exactly. I’d report them to the sheriff for trespassing
