Turkey season 2018

The late spring along with the poor weather on the opener resulted in the birds huddled together and not moving around as much. Plus when we zigged they zagged. We could hear them but no luck!  It all came together for me on day 3. There should be lots of birds still around so get out and have some fun. Thanks go Dale & Tara at Bearpaw. You can't beat their knowledge and experience. Great people and crew.

I got a army 1st sarge his first ever bird.   10.5" beard 3/4" spurs 24lbs.  Mine ther next morning 9" beard 3/4" spurs 20lbs.
