Turning the knock won’t hurt a thing. Turn it so you have one vane straight out and your other two about 1 and 5 o’clock. You should notice a difference in your point of impact
I grew up shooting a cheap recurve and having one fletch at 9 o’clock was required. I still clock my arrows the same way, it is natural and gives better clearance. Clock all your arrows the same and shoot away. FYI if you are hitting left, aim right
That is not ok. You don’t want your arrow touching anything once you release. Same reason you want to use a drop away and not a whisker biscuit
It might just be the camera angle, but is your rest lined up with your string and cams? It looks like the arrow is tweaked to the left slightly. If that is the case your rest needs to be installed closer to the riser.
