The Norse Peak Fire probably killed more goats than the wolves did throughout washington state.

I'm not looking to argue - I'm sure you know much more about it than I do.....

I'm just surprised that Mt Goats would be all that susceptible to fire.

Did the fire trap them, or...????

I doubt there were many goat kills in norsepeak fire. Maybe the aftermath of loss of food, but fire directly itself, I doubt it.

I’m told that the RMGA’s volunteer opportunities will most likely be during the Olympics relocation. No surveys that I’ve heard of.

If there are that many goats there should be more tags then, since the WDFW themselves says one tag for every 100 goats basically.
