Tri Cities hog butcher
« on: May 12, 2018, 08:36:21 AM »
I am new to the area and I am going to get a few hogs butchered. I have gone to Walla Walla and talked with Hauns. I stopped at Brians and Knutzens. I like a little about all of them looking for any feedback. Neither Brians or Knutzens sells bacon that they cure so I can't test the product.

I have no experience with either butchering hogs but based simply off customer service and interacting with paying customers knutzens blows Brian's out of the water. I'll never step foot in Brian's again.

I did get that feeling when I asked about the product and tasting I was pretty much told they were the best and to take there word for it. Knutzens was a little more informative.

I’d agree with this 100%.

You can also check with Prosser Lockers. They’ve done hogs for us in the past and we’ve had great success.
If you aint hunting, you aint livin'

McCary's Meat in Basin City is excellent with Hogs.

Nothing like a Remington model 700xcr.

I have had a lot of issues with him, some turning into full on arguments. I don't recommend him.
Knutzens are great people can't go in there and not spend money
