Thats awesome.

My vote is that the first velvet bulls were the same bull.  12 miles for a moose is less than a juant.  Heck you can follow one down a road for 10 lol

Yeah the velvet guy and first two pictures of that bulls are the same. He's got 3 brow tines on one side and 4 on the other. The second card hard horned bull is different, he's crab clawed on one of his brow tines. I think the bull from March is different than even these two. Much bigger body.

Well, got back to this camera finally. Bunch of cats, some squirrels over winter and a bear a couple weeks ago. Pulled the camera for good, but passed another cam a couple hundred yards from this one so the Manson moose mantle has been passed on!

I've got one more camera a few miles farther in than this one that I was watching a bull around during deer season, might have some moose pics on that one! But yeah, I bumped a cat from a water hole as I was pulling this camera. Lot of ungulate killers up there.

Been noticing more and more cat tracks over there the last few years. How bad are the roads?

Roads are pretty good. Lot of smaller rocks on the side of the road that you have to drive around. No big washouts though. Been up to South Navarre with no problem.
