Eastern WA Solo Double.

After 6 trips to the woods since the opener, I finally got it done with a double.

Those are my 5th and 6th public land birds.

Good work Big Scott, persistence pays off!
I've only been out twice, and the landowner keeps bumping the birds with his ranching operations.
That's why they call it hunting.
Hopefully this coming weekend I can seal the deal. :tup:

Thank you all for the kind words. I worked my tail off this year.
The cleaned up meat is my favorite part. My wife has been complaining for weeks that we are out of turkey, and she has a hankerin for the turkey carnitas I make out of the legs and thighs.
