I feel like it’ll be this week. They had it shut down last week and they were due earlier this year. So I’m thinking a week earlier than normal. Either way Washington is faster than most states as much as it pains me to praise them.

You ever wonder if those involved with the draw ever sit around just before clicking the post draw results button and ask each other, "should we post the results or make the masses continue to stew in anticipation?"
