Huh? Just because it didn't happen by Tuesday this week means it's not going to happen until next week? I don't see how you can be confident when we still have three days left this week.

Okay so some talk like they have inside information. Well if you do, let's hear who your source is, and not just when the draw WON'T be, but how about the day that it WILL be? And no, I don't believe it's the 19th and I'm not sure if a Shaniqua exists. If she is real, who is she, where does she work, and how reliable is she?

The draw has been 3 weeks after the application window closes for quite a few years. Why would it change to 4 weeks?
