Just not 9am today.  And the draw won't start at 9am, verification of the draw results will start at 9am.  Results will be posted later that day or the day after.

Something is changing....

That's just the large influx of people checking to see if the date associated with their 0 point categories, and the ones they didn't apply for, have changed. Very important.
