Other states have had messed up draws too. So Washington isn't alone. And ours isn't even messed up yet that we know of, it's just making us wait longer than we're used to. I remember a couple years ago Wyoming issued elk tags to many people, well in excess of the quota. They then had to say sorry, you guys didn't really draw what we said you drew. And didn't Idaho have something similar?

i bought Wifi on my flight so i could check the results that were surely going to be posted while i was in the air. If they dont post in an hour and a half, then it turns out i didnt need wifi
