I had the disabled sheep tag in active license last year for my dad but he ended up not drawing it.  :dunno:

Don't know if it's a good thing or bad but I feel like it sucks that I have to go to bed soon. Graveyard worker that sleeps noonish till 8 pm. On my second steel reserve and was really hoping to go to sleep knowing the results  :bash:

ive almost convinced myself that i drew any tag i want, it is very apparent that wdfw has zero clue about much of anything and a guy could prob convinve them they messed up and that he didnt receive his permit in the mail.
