Just got back from the 416 fire. You guys wouldn't believe how dry it is. Hardly any snow on the tallest peaks and dry as can be down low. Havent seen fire behavior like that this early in a long time.

I grew up in that area and my mom n sister still live near there. One of the driest years at this point my mom remembers in over 30 years. I used to camp with my brother in the area of the burn when I was 6-8 years old and had a great time, very sad to see it burn.
