Need a recommendation for a quality L.P. gas range for the kitchen

Getting a L.P. 30" spent a couple of hrs lookinv at reviews  tonight Maytag was the only one with all Good reviews $1000.00  at home depot

Bought a Samsung online from The Exchange in January, tax free, free shipping, so far so good, no complaints. :tup:Converted to propane myself, propane orifices come with it.

got one myself (Samsung) year or so ago, easy to convert. 

When swapping from nat gas to LP the burners aren't as hot, so I can't get the big griddle in the middle to get hot enough.  The rest of the burners are great though, plenty hot and that left front is almost too hot.  I would get the turbo burner option for sure  (two rings of flame on same burner)   I cook with a 14inch lodge cast iron on that right front burner and it's great I love it.  The oven is awesome too, love the probe options 




This is the one I got, the griddle never gets used because L.P isn't hot enough.

Stay away from Bosch.  Pure garbage.  We've had a Roper LP in our house for 20 years with no problems whatsoever.

Absolutely disagree. Bosch is great.

Their dishwashers are the best over just about every other company (Consumer Reports also backs this up). Their hoods are amazing. Build in microwaves also great, warmers, fridge. so on and so forth. My entire kitchen is Bosch and I cook constantly, literally everyday. And I'm not gentle on anything. Never an issue.

Their ranges/ovens are great too. Yes, fine you might hear rumblings that they have an issue here and there. But totally worth it for its performance.

It's like comparing a Ford Focus to a Ferrari.
The Ferrari might have issues at times, but it's amazing and looks great.
Yes the Ford Focus lasts forever, but in the end, you're still driving a Ford Focus.

I could make the same argument for stainless steel chefs knives vs carbon steel chefs knives.
But i'll stop before I get all sorts of irritated. Ha.

Also look at Premier Range http://www.premierrange.com/GasQualityFeatures.php all made in the USA. Simple switch from LPG to NG just by reversing the main metering valve less than a minute to complete. I'm using a 36" with six burners large oven and broiler for 8 years with no issues, and under 1K

Looking into the premier pro SS 30 " since the stove is going
Off grid decided to go with the least amount of electricity.  90 % of the ranges have to have 120 volts and a circuit board. I repair machines for a living so when I retire I want it no frills.  Looked at reviews and talked to a dealer that said he has not has any repairs returns on this product where he has on other brands. He said this us the route to go.even has battery operated igniters. After 4 hrs of  reviews and searching I'm getting BURNED out LOL. $1200 or the range  and itsmade in USA thanks for all the replies so far

It was LP only. Would that of made a diff ?
