got one myself (Samsung) year or so ago, easy to convert.

When swapping from nat gas to LP the burners aren't as hot, so I can't get the big griddle in the middle to get hot enough.  The rest of the burners are great though, plenty hot and that left front is almost too hot.  I would get the turbo burner option for sure  (two rings of flame on same burner)   I cook with a 14inch lodge cast iron on that right front burner and it's great I love it.  The oven is awesome too, love the probe options

This is the one I got, the griddle never gets used because L.P isn't hot enough.

You should check the incoming pressure to the appliance.  LP's btu content isn't much lower than NG, negligible in almost all instances, but the pressure is 2-3 times higher.  Too low of pressure will cause a cold flame.  Is the flame yellow, or yellow tipped?  It should be around 10" of water, minimum.  Your LP supplier can will check it for you for free, or they should.
Also make sure that the regulator on the appliance (some have them some don't) was converted or replaced with an LP,  Blue=Lp Red=NG.  This is a common mistake made by delivery guys, they don't even know they are there.
If all that checks out, you can swap out the orifice and get better performance as well.  The factory will have some insight into this.

Appliances are a tricky thing to purchase.  By the time they have been used long enough to know if they are quality, they are outdated.  Having said that, your range is the least likely to have problems, compared to any other appliance.  It's not rocket science to make a flame and contain it and the number of moving parts is negligible.  Pick one with the features you want and go with it.  I like the conversions to be plumbed in the factory, rather than using a kit.
Dreams are forever on the mind, realization in the hands.

Checking different stoves some come up with bad circuit boards plastic knobs thin grates that bent with over heating one oven  rack  stead of 2. The back side against the wall was so hot they were worried for the wall starting a fire. Paint on burner  knobs would with  pan under burners would crack.bad vavl The oveOn and on. So in reality for me less frills and a more durable stove is what I am looking for.
