Cash & carry 13lb brisket. Home rub 24 plus hr in fridge. On the smoker at 7am today, with hickory smoke and 225 temp  :drool:
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

Yes I do have two probes. This is one of the original Oregon Traegers it’s about 12 13 years old guessing.  I replaced several parts on it. auger motor fire pot hot rod and the control board that was the best upgrade.

What are the prices there? I have used costco for mine. $1.99lb for prime. Wet age for a few weeks and it is awesome.
