Wyoming Results!
« Reply #45 on: June 24, 2018, 02:36:28 PM »
I didn’t draw goats with about 14% chance.  Seriously thinking about moving there.

I thought this was the year I would have a chance at a cow buffalo tag but the fees didn’t seem to scare many.

What’s crazy is that they raised prices and it seems like there’s still more people applying.  Point creep is alive and well in Wyoming.

Probably with the booming economy a small increase in license fees won't phase anybody. We can blame it on Trump.

We can credit Trump that "we" are once again in a position to spend again.

The fee increases were far from small for many categories.

Bison tags were almost a $2,000 Increase!

The tags I apply for increased by $1.00. Yes that's right- ONE DOLLAR.  :chuckle:

The price of fuel can be much more of a deterrent.

I wish they would raise the prices higher!!!  I want to draw every year for the next 15 to 20 years.  Being 52 doesn't give ya all that much time left!

Lots of antelope tags that can be drawn as a 2nd choice. No need to pay more than we already do. Even if you have lots of money it's a little silly to wish to spend more of it for the things you plan to buy

Unit 34-1 for Muley  :tung:   Didn't pull the antelope with 3 points but will be guaranteed next year.

Hey Dude you drew my tag. The point creep on area 34 killed me last year so I decided to burn them in a different area. Have a great hunt in 34 and good luck.

So for those of us who would actually think about moving there, what part of WY would be the best place to move where you could hunt out your back door. (within reason) ( off an atv) ( be home by dark) ( for the ball game) 😂

Star Valley would be about the only place in WY that I would live.

Drew a cow tag. Probably only take another 5 years of points here to do that. God Bless WY
