Pray for snow and u will learn to hate the fog. Have a plan for the fog, it ruins lots of the mid elevation areas. Take chains even without getting snow. Some roads are worse in the sloppy clay mud. Pm if u want to.

180" bucks are in pretty much every drainage. Should be a slam dunk  :chuckle:
thats funny. Not like it used to be up there your lucky to see a 180 in the middle to end of December.  :bash:

Don't worry about the lack of resident deer in the Entiat.  80% of the herd is migratory; spend the summer in the higher, greener country far up valley.  Your challenge will be keeping your finger off the trigger until you locate the buck you really want on your wall and in the freezer.  GMU 247 benefits from higher elevation snow to get the migration into the wintering areas.
