I don't know anything either but I do know when I was with Jackelope on his goat hunt he was going to get to cell service as fast as possible even if that meant stopping at camp and boiling water for me to eat a mountain house so I had energy to make it out to cell service.  He wasn't going to leave me behind but he wanted to get to cell service to update everyone.

I'm guessing that notched tag is a moose tag and he has his work cut out for him to get that thing processed and then get out to good cell service.  He is not the kind of guy to drag this out or toy with our emotions like some members, @PlateauNDN comes to mind.
unacceptable. We all know he can throw that Moose over a shoulder and hoof it right on out to good cell service.
I'm not sure that can even be done with a calf moose, can it?
shhhhhhh!
Your only making excuses for the lack of pictures now!

Of all the Moose I’ve been part of we were barely able to roll them over with 3-5 guys.  :chuckle:

In all seriousness Grundy, congrats and good work. Can’t wait to see a picture.
:yike: 3-5 guys to roll one over!  I will keep that in mind if I or someone I knows draws a tag.  Might want to rethink how many people go and where the moose gets shot in relation to how many people are there to help.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Think he's getting the right angle for the long arm? Maybe that's why it's taking so long  :chuckle:

It doesn’t take that long to find a flat place to sit 30 feet behind the Moose!
