Just a quick shout out about Joe Jacks, the president of Tight Spot, for outstanding response to a customer problem. The rubber insert in my quiver had dropped out and I was having a problem getting it to stay back in. I contacted them by email over the weekend two weeks ago. Joe responded 1st thing that Monday. We went over the problem throughout several emails, some with pics. Today, I have a brand new quiver that just showed up. They really stand behind their products. One of Joe's comments was "When you spend this much on a quiver, you deserve to have it working properly." Quality, service, integrity. You can't ask for anything more and worth every penny.
