Cellular Cameras with limited service
« on: July 16, 2018, 09:32:37 PM »
Hey Everyone,

I am looking to get a cellular game camera and was curious what people would recommend. I want to put them in an area near Tonasket, around Haley Mt.   AT&T and Verizon get limited service up there, around 25-75% depending where you are standing, you can also get into some Canadian Providers too. Anyone have any luck with a particular trail cam co. up there? or know of some that work well with poorish service? Thanks!

I would normally recommend the Spartan No Glow in the Verizon, I have received MANY photos with only one bar.  But they are about to discontinue the 3Gs and I have yet to hear many positive things about the 4Gs in the Verizon cameras, so I cannot recommend them.  Be careful right now, I have seen some folks advertising the 3Gs at decent prices, but they forget to mention the cameras cannot be activated any longer and they are basically expensive "normal" trail cameras.
