The blond in that bears hide is cool. Great shot.

Is this the same bear from the other thread?

I have a life size mount of his brother.  Cool little buggers and the long blond hair on their back is beautiful.  He better get smart or he will be dinner in a few days.  LOL

Ive been trying to work up the nerve to conquer a bee nest i found, to have some future bear taxidermy done that looks something like this pic.  The nest is a thing of beauty, only problem is, its full of bald faced hornets that very much object to my presence.  If i try to take it, it will need to be a middle of the night deal.  Knocking down a big trophy bear would be the easy half of this venture i think.

So that's why you were on the other side of Chinook this weekend....?   :o

Your abilities never cease to amaze.  The right front claws, the "eyelid hairs," the mane seems almost like an elk's in color.  We are blessed to have you share these.

It's a great year for low elevation berries in north central - heavy loads of chokecherries and serviceberries
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
