Anyone have one? The type that screws into the Swarovski phone case. I have some questions.

I'm looking at the Swarovski brand adapter ring:   https://www.swarovskioptik.com/reise/blog/PA_i5_leisure.  Except I don't have an iPhone, I have an LG. So I want to modify the ring and attach it to a different case.

Kentrek, I don't see a Tines Up product that fits phones other than the Samsung and Apple products.

I want some information about the connection between the adapter ring and the eye piece. I've read review and watched videos; just want to talk to someone who owns one.  Not a big deal, they are cheap enough to just buy and see if it works.

Why not just go with the digiscope brand and be done with it? :dunno:

Not that tines up is better then the rest by any means, I dont wana come off as if I'm pushing the product but if you call them they will build you one I bet,  but I'm sure lots of other companies stuff will work...I think with a cell phone just a slip over style adapter is sufficient...

Did you mean the phonescope brand, by chance?  I don't see a digiscope brand product for smart phones.

FYI, Phonescope makes phone cases for a broad range of phones and makes their adapter rings specific to the optic it attaches to.  It was the most custom product I found with the broadest range of options.  Have one on the way.

Thanks, Phool for the specific advice and thank you to everyone else who replied or sent me pm's.

PhoneScope brand phone case and adapter ring arrived.  The fit of the adapter ring is sloppy. It is made for my exact Swarovski eye piece, but the fit is sloppy enough that it won't hold the phone in landscape position. The phone rotates around because of the cantilever effect of the phone's weight.  A bit of tape on the eye piece helps, but I'm not thrilled about taping the scope.

Photos are good once the phone is adjusted, but the whole set up is not very stable.

That's weird,  I just got my Phone Skope adaptor for my Swarovski and my Samsung Galaxy doesn't move when sideways.

Thanks, that makes me wonder about my particular unit.

Contacted Phone Scope. They are sending me a different adapter. Said it happens on Swaro's sometimes.

Update:  Received the new adapter ring (free) and it works great.
