Well, as long as he pays his tag fees, I guess the money goes to fish and game management.  He'll be no worse than a hunter that sucks. 
I wonder if he's going to carry bear spray.  That stuff seems cruel and unnecessary...

Well, as long as he pays his tag fees, I guess the money goes to fish and game management.  He'll be no worse than a hunter that sucks. 
I wonder if he's going to carry bear spray.  That stuff seems cruel and unnecessary...

My understanding is that when he doesn't kill one during his 10 day hunt, they will call the guy next in line and give him a tag.  If so, that's awesome as he just made a donation to support hunting that doesn't impact the science-based management one bit.

I hope you are right about that.  I also hope he is an out-of-stater so he paid 6K...   That'll feed a lot of elk that didn't get eaten by the wolves and grizzlies he didn't kill...

It's funny as I don't think those libs read the regs. He's not sparing anything, if he isn't successful in his hunt then they call the next lottery drawn hunter.
