Need game processor suggestion - Tacoma

Most of my bear goes to sausage, and Olsen's in Enumclaw makes the best sausage around.  They've got a wall of awards for it.  That's who gets the majority of my bear... Except the backstrap

Brought my 2016 bear into Mtn. View Meats  to have the whole thing turned into summer sausage. Best product from game meat I've ever had and very nice people.

I wouldn't run a dog through Stewarts.  They are well known for skimming and you will not get your animal back.
