Looks like there are almost 900 surplus archery permits (900-20 tags) good for any unit in the state august 15-nov 11.  They go on sale starting at 4am PST on the 13th.

No problem!  This will be my first time hunting antelope this year, pretty excited.  Going out after work to check out a BMA piece of land close to home on Wednesday then the next couple weekends Ill go down to hunt where I scouted last weekend.

I also drew 700-20, first antelope hunt for me. A friend drew the same hunt last year and killed his first big game animal around Broadus. I posted in "Other big game animals". It is a big area. I was thinking of hunting the Northern portion. I'll look at the block management areas as Bearpaw suggested. I have been through the middle south, but never the Northern portion if it is anything like the 300 areas (mostly private property where the antelope are) antelope are plenty.
There are only so many sunrises left.
