Look like razor back 5's to me. Do the blades spin around the ferrule?

Ever try the Savora BH's? Do they even still make them? I think used to be a local company out of Redmond, I think I used them one year before I switched to Thunderhead 125

I remember those. Never did like them. I switched to thunderheads after that and then on to muzzy. If I recall the bades seemed to be pretty flimsy and would break easy :twocents:

I've still got some Razorback 5 and Savora heads. Yeah, that dates us a bit. Just more for display and memories these days. With the new heads out, I wouldnt risk hunting with them any more, and I don't know what it would take to find some more to replace them.

Some of these products were killing critters before there were databases to store the info. The young bucks you talked to probably never used them and didn't see them in the data warehouse. So, they simply didn't exist. That's pretty convenient, huh? It's crazy to me, when a consumer know more about the brand/products than the people that work for the company.

Keep checking on ebay for stuff like that. They do show up.
May the morning silence be broken with the wisp of vanes trailing blades to their mark.

A "buddy" of mine loaned me one a couple of years ago out of his kit 'cause I needed an extra broadhead.  I took a couple of practice shots with it and gave it back.  I think I was hitting about 8 inches low at 20 yards.  THing must have weighed 3 lbs...

..when I gave it back, he laughed and gave me a regular muzzy.  I think he just wanted to see if I would use the thing without testing it... :chuckle:
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
