Cougar management
« on: August 21, 2018, 05:21:10 PM »
Perhaps you have heard me mention I was pretty sure DFW was going to redo the Cougar management plan this year. I had a meeting Monday with the Large Carnivore Manager and she assured me it is still on track to happen but will not start until this fall. I would be surprised if it was completed this year given the late start.
She told me likely any changes in seasons would probably wait until the three year package renewal.
I believe change is in the offing albeit slow.
If you are in an organization better be thinking about what comments you will be putting in.

Good news

What, you think any changes made will actually be for the better?  I highly doubt it.
