Can anyone tell me if those cougar can be shot. Look like there still a couple spots on them, Regs say kittens can weigh 80# pounds.
I'm not sure.

So long as they aren't spotted, you should be safe.

I was wondering because of the elk. There are a few places in and around Ferry that has elk is why I was wondering that isn't on tribal land.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

These still have some spots and faintly can see on there sides. You have to look to see is why I asked if these would still be considered spotted.
