A tweaker is similar to the camp robber but a much larger target. It is very nocturnal do to its inability to sleep. It slithers around looking to steal anything of value. An ideal target for the long range shooter looking for a challenge.

Ok, back home a tweaker was a meth addict who made their *censored* out in the woods.
